We are looking for a Contracts Administrator with several years of experience to work as a part of our clients contracts team. This position is Perth CBD based, providing support to a team of 6 contracts engineers

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role, is highly organised and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Provide advice to project teams on contract requirements
  • Compile required data and documentation to ensure timely and accurate claims.
  • Continuously review and develop contract administration systems, registers and procedures to ensure the contract management function remains efficient and effective.
  • Processing invoices and progress payments in accordance with the contract.
  • Develop and maintain subcontracts/ orders, including review of commercial terms, as well as associated documentation and registers
  • Interpret and administer the contract in accordance with terms and conditions and relevant principles/ policies.



  • Minimum 3-4 years administration experience, contracts administration preferred but not essential
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Oil and gas or heavy industry experience desirable
