About this role

Responsibilities

  • Business cases and accountability for aligning savings vs return on investments
  • Define and agree on RACI and processes with internal stakeholders to ensure logistics spend is booked in SAP correctly and in a consistent way
  • Gather data and LSP’s to feed a performance governance program
  • Periodically assemble data from available tools and from LSP’s to report Global Logistics key metrics related to spend and service
  • Serve as a conduit for information through the organization to the needed parties
  • Partner with IT, COE, LCCI, Regional Distribution Leaders, Regional Supply Chain Leaders and Affiliates to provide an optimal visibility & connectivity model with external partners allowing to track and measure main performance KPI’s
  • Ensure best practices implementation for business-to-business collaboration from a Logistics perspective with the V&C, GBS’s, Procurement and IT
  • Manage assigned projects from their current point to successful completion
  • Deep dive data analysis to identify opportunities for improvements and corrective actions
  • Control governance program with Global Logistics Partners
  • Actively participant in assignments to successfully integrate acquisitions to Day 1 and beyond

About you

Requirements

  • Direct experience with Logistics (flows, modes, constraints, etc) in EMEA and NA
  • Good understanding of Logistics in LATAM, and APAC
  • Demonstrated multi-functional project management skills (Finance, Q, IT, SC, Manuf.)
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with manufacturing and supply chain operations
  • Strong understanding of broad business processes in Supply Chain
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written & presentation skills)
  • Experience with manufacturing and supply chain operations
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience and knowledge of GMP and Regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practices)
  • Knowledge of the applications and other IT tools within the Logistics
